Your tasks
Become part of our diverse Corporate Strategy team and gain unique insights into the strategy activities of the leading international logistics company. The DHL Group’s Corporate Strategy department is responsible for all major strategic initiatives and projects within the Group incl. our sustainability agenda, and reports directly to the Group CEO. Projects are characterized by the high level of top management involvement, the international context and worldwide relevance. As a valued team member, you will be able to drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Your profile
- Completed bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in management, business administration, economics, sustainability or related field from a recognized university
- Strong academic record with coursework or projects related to strategy, sustainability, or international business
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in a structured manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is of advantage
