Your tasks
- You will actively support us and translate the complex HR data world into clear, convincing insights and presentation-ready dashboards.
- From new dashboards - from idea to presentation maturity - you will have the opportunity to work independently and/or under guidance on the solution.
- They contribute to the optimization of user-friendliness and the graphic preparation of content with suggestions for improvement.
- In addition, you will accompany the coordination processes of content and the structure of the dashboards with the stakeholders and support the divisional partners in measures to increase data quality.
- Less complex dashboards should already be able to be developed independently with the respective stakeholders, more complex dashboards under the guidance of internal and external service providers
- Advanced users can perform ad-hoc analyses of our HR data on request.
Your profile
- Mandatory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's program, gap year or current Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study (enrollment required) with above-average performance results
- Ideal: first experience in a consulting environment, agile projects, UX
- Affinity for general management tasks, working in a project environment, for the topic of digital transformation in learning, data analysis
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), practical use of AI technologies (ChatGPT), online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Very good analytical skills and strong communication skills
