About the team:
You'll be joining a global and diverse team, with colleagues based in Bonn, Boston, Frankfurt, and Miami—and team members whose backgrounds span cultures from South Africa and Venezuela to India and Sri Lanka. What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP LeanIX iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Customer Success Engineer Associate
Work Area: Customer Service and Support
Location: Bonn
Expected start date: June 15, 2025
In this role, you’ll:
- Guide Technical Adoption and Enablement: Support customers in adopting our Technology Risk and Compliance module and integrating their systems via our Integration API, including technical onboarding and training.
- Develop and Adapt Custom Integrations: Write and modify scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to prepare, transform, and normalize customer data for API compatibility.
- Resolve Customer Support Requests: Serve as the secondary contact for technical integration support, troubleshooting customer issues and answering technical questions.
- Perform Bug Analysis and Reporting: Investigate, reproduce, and document integration bugs, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain Integration Documentation: Create and update clear documentation for integration scenarios, scripts, and troubleshooting steps.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program focused on information systems.
- Fluent in English with at least B2-level German proficiency.
- Passionate about supporting enterprise customers and delivering outstanding technical support.
- Motivated by technical challenges and eager to learn new technologies
- Proactive communicator
- Initial exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
