For a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA), our client requires an experienced Migration Lead to assess and optimize the migration approach to secure a stable go-live.

Tasks
- Analyze the existing migration strategy and execution model
- Identify risks, gaps and optimization potential
- Define stabilization measures to secure data readiness
- Align migration planning with cutover and overall program timelines
- Ensure migration governance and transparency
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in SAP data migration environments
- Proven track record in S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of migration frameworks and data validation processes
- Experience in complex enterprise landscapes
- Analytical and risk-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
