We are looking for a Senior Deployment Lead (SAP FI/CO) to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployment program in a global company.

• Workload: 100% (full-time)
• Duration: 3+ years
• Location: Remote, with occasional travel (2–3 times per year to Hungary or Switzerland)
• Languages: English required; German/Hungarian a plus
• Contract type: Freelance

Please note: Our customer is based in Switzerland. Therefore, we can only consider applications from candidates located within the EU.

• Lead the deployment of SAP FI/CO within a complex, multinational SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Drive deployment planning, execution, and governance across multiple regions and business units.
• Coordinate closely with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful cutovers and adoption.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve deployment risks and issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for stakeholders in all deployment-related topics.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in deployment leadership roles within large-scale SAP programs.
• Proven success in leading end-to-end SAP FI/CO deployment in a corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and modules (Tax related topics is a plus).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities in an international context.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexible, pragmatic, and able to adapt to changing program needs.
• Language skills: Fluent English (German and/or Hungarian are an advantage).
