Service-, Support-Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) im Business Process Model und Notation Umfeld (BPMN)

Deine Aufgaben:

• Incidentmanagement und Remote Support auf Kunden-Systemen

• Support von Workflow-Projekten (BPMN 2.0)

• Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen

• Pflege von Dokumentationen (Knowledge Base)

• Kooperation mit Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen bei Analyse und Lösungsentwicklung

• Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartnern unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der IT, Fachinformatiker, Wirtschaftsinformatiker oder ein vergleichbares Studium

• Grundkenntnisse im ECM/DMS-Umfeld

• Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufen und Prozessketten (eEPK)

• Übung im Umgang mit Datenbanken Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server und/oder PostgreSQL

• Du hast Erfahrung in mindestens einer Programmier- Scriptsprache wie zum Beispiel JavaScript

• Du löst gerne knifflige Aufgaben und analytisches Denken ist eines Deiner Talente

• Du arbeitest strukturiert und teamorientiert

• Du bist kommunikationsstark und serviceorientiert

• Du arbeitest selbständig und meisterst die Dir gestellten Ziele auf hohem Qualitätsniveau

• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
