TRAINEE FINANCE INTERNATIONAL IN DIVISION CONTROLLING POST & PARCEL GERMANY (M/F/X)

We are the Division Controlling Post & Parcel Germany team – the center of excellence for financial management and transparency.

Our responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and coordinating central P&P finance processes
• Defining and implementing controlling standards
• Consolidating and analyzing information as a basis for management decisions – including relevant ESG metrics
• Coordinating central finance projects
• Departmental controlling for HR, Finance, and the Executive Board Office

Your tasks

• Digitization of the finance department: further development of the new divisional planning tool, particularly regarding Cash Flow or ESG indicators
• Support in the conceptual development of management reporting
• Support in standard controlling processes, such as forecasts and monthly reporting

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in field of Business, Logistics, Controlling, or Business Informatics before April 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Finance or Controlling, first experience in the logistics sector, excellent MS Office skills, experience with dashboards and business intelligence applications, knowledge of multidimensional databases is an advantage
• Fluent German skills, good English skills
• Interest in digitalization and BI applications, presentation skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, quick comprehension, and the ability to present complex content in a simple manner
