Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student in Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in comparing surface pretreatment methods for adhesive bonding processes on thermoplastic composites. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both literature research and practical testing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature research on various surface pretreatment methods for adhesive bonding processes on thermoplastic composites
• Compare different methods in terms of adhesion promotion, manufacturing process integration, cost efficiency, and sustainability
• Perform practical testing using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Conduct statistical evaluation of test results
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate findings into manufacturing processes
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with adhesive bonding processes and thermoplastic composites is a plus
• Experience with statistical analysis and testing methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
