DevOps Engineer (60%-100%) - Hybrid

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and further developing the deployment and automation of Collaboard for our international customer base, both in cloud environments and on-premises.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deploying, managing, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (cloud & on-premises).
• Supporting our international enterprise and government customers.
• Driving continuous improvement in automation, performance, quality, monitoring, and reliability of our infrastructure.
• Leveraging AI-driven tools and automation techniques to optimize and scale DevOps operations efficiently.

• Solid experience in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); knowledge of Rancher or Podman is a plus.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically maintaining HELM charts, Ansible playbooks, or Terraform scripts.
• Proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure components (networking, security, storage).
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) practices and relevant monitoring/logging tools.
• Openness and eagerness to integrate AI-driven tools into DevOps processes to automate and streamline operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
