project manager / technical project coordination – armored special purpose vehicles (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Full responsibility for managing projects related to specialized vehicles (mostly one-off productions or small series with complex requirements, sometimes classified as confidential)
• Independent project management from order confirmation to customer acceptance
• Serving as the interface between Sales, Engineering, Production Planning, Procurement, and Operations
• Planning, coordination, and control of all tasks related to the project
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to project milestones in terms of scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Organizing, leading, and documenting project meetings, interim and final inspections
• Final handover and instruction of the customer or end user

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical training, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automotive technology with further qualification as a master craftsman or state-certified technician
• Ideally, initial experience in technical project management
• Strong technical understanding and excellent organizational skills
• High level of commitment, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
