• Leadership, deployment planning, training and performance monitoring of the logistics team

• Ensuring an efficient and smooth material supply for production

• Compliance with and monitoring of environmental and safety regulations and occupational health and safety measures as well as ensuring workplace safety

• Warehouse management and inventory control: ensuring optimal warehouse organization and warehouse management, including monitoring of stock levels, inventory optimization and carrying out inventories

• Organization and optimization of internal material flows

• Responsibility for timely goods receipt, storage as well as delivery to customers or internal departments

• Analysis and continuous improvement of logistical processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve warehouse and transport processes

• Preparation of logistics key figures and reports to monitor performance and identify potential for improvement

• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and carrying out regular quality checks

• Completed training in the field of logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in logistics, warehouse management and intralogistics

• Strong understanding of logistical processes, warehouse organization and material flows

• Very good knowledge in the use of ERP systems and warehouse management systems as well as in handling MS Office

• Analytical and problem-solving oriented way of working to master logistical challenges and improve processes

• Communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal and external partners

• Knowledge in the field of occupational safety, environmental protection and legal regulations in the logistics sector

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
