You drive the continuous further development of processes, machines and systems - taking into account legal requirements, business management aspects and sustainable standards. You contribute your process knowledge as Deputy Production Management - in a family environment with Group reach.

Responsibilities arrow_right
- You lead and develop a dedicated technical team of 24 employees (mechanical and electrical maintenance, facility management, automation, project management).
- You are responsible for the technology at our site and ensure a forward-looking maintenance strategy based on KPIs and lean methods.
- To avoid unplanned plant downtimes, you and your team analyze faults, identify their causes, implement systematic measures and ensure the commissioning of third-party companies.
- From increasing efficiency to implementing highly automated production systems - you plan and implement technical projects and are responsible for the site's investment roadmap.
- You ensure sustainable energy and environmental management and ensure compliance with the relevant environmental regulations (e.g. EU BAT reference documents).
- You represent our company in cooperations with authorities, support approval procedures and are responsible for technical emergency management.
- You ensure that all statutory inspection obligations are fulfilled and documented in a structured inspection register.
- You assume budget responsibility for the operating technology division and manage investments and cost centers with foresight.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification with sound professional experience
- Extensive experience in maintenance and project management, ideally in a production environment
- Experience in leading technical teams
- Knowledge of cost management and a strong understanding of business administration
- Good understanding of processes in production and administration areas
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a structured way of working
- Strong team and communication skills as well as a confident manner towards authorities and partners
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
