Embedded Software Developer - Automotive (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• As part of our software development team for modern radar sensors used in the automotive and traffic industry, you write clean and maintainable state-of-the-art code used in multiple sensor platforms
• You balance full feature software development and rapid prototyping for concept validation
• Also, you solve challenging tasks and help to develop and maintain our innovative software stack

Your Strengths:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• You are experienced in enabling and programming digital signal processors or other hardware accelerators, preferably from NXP or TI
• You have a solid understanding of software design methods, software architecture, software testing and the programming of low-level drivers
• This includes common microprocessor architectures (ARM, PowerPC, hardware accelerators)
• Experience in Radar signal processing algorithm development is a plus, experience with data sheets, schematics, common measurement and debugging is desired
• You work with Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 (up to ASIL B) standards
• Profound knowledge of the programming language C with focus on embedded applications is beneficial, C++ and Python are a plus
• You are a team player with good communication skills in English, German would be a plus
