Join our team from 01.01.2026 as an MFA / MTA as an Occupational Health Assistant (m/f/d) for our Occupational Health Institute in Stuttgart.

Carrying out and implementing preventive occupational health care, aptitude and recruitment examinations in the practice service or on site with customers

Familiarization with and use of occupational medical examination equipment, e.g. hearing test, eye test, ergometer

Coordination of consultation hours and company support in all matters relating to occupational health services

Supporting medical colleagues in the provision of occupational health services

Documentation and preparation of the health file

Completed training as an MFA, MTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (medical assistant, geriatric nurse, GKP, etc.)

Career changers are also welcome (health manager, therapist, etc.)

Organizational talent and willingness to take initiative

Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Willingness to work in the field (consultation hours at companies on site)

Driving license class B

IT skills (use of Outlook, Word, Excel)
