Your tasks
- Complete accounting support for one or more group companies
- Payment transactions: preparing outgoing payments, posting incoming and outgoing payments
- Independent processing and posting of incoming invoices
- Accounts payable management: processing incoming reminders and communicating with suppliers
- Accounts receivable management: creation of reminders and first point of contact in communication with customers
- Assistance with or creation of monthly financial statements, tax returns and intercompany reconciliations, as well as consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of annual financial statements, point of contact for auditors and tax advisors
- Prospective: deputising for the team leader
Your profile
- You have completed training as a tax clerk, accountant or comparable commercial training
- You have successfully completed further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or have several years of professional experience in accounting
- You have a good knowledge of financial accounting and asset accounting and have experience in preparing monthly financial statements
- You have an affinity for numbers and also have a good knowledge of the legal framework (HGB, tax law) of accounting
- You are characterised by a careful, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- You are a real team player
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and have experience with an ERP system
- You have good written and spoken English skills
- The ability to think in a structured manner and recognise connections rounds off your profile
