• You take responsibility for the specification, design, development, and testing of antenna subsystems based on customer requirements

• You analyze system and customer requirements, derive subsystem and component requirements, and track their verification status

• You coordinate all technical activities related to the antenna subsystem in close cooperation with the project team, customers, and partners

• You manage suppliers and subcontractors on a technical level and support reviews and acceptance activities

• You plan, prepare, and support subsystem tests in collaboration with manufacturing and system-level AIT

• You hold a completed degree in high-frequency or microwave engineering, physics, or a comparable discipline

• You have hands-on experience in the analysis, development, and testing of antenna or communication subsystems

• You work confidently with MATLAB and other common tools used in communication and RF engineering

• You ideally have knowledge in EMC at system or equipment level and an interest in holistic system-level engineering

• You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders and work in a structured manner within international project teams

• You work on technically challenging projects with high system complexity and international visibility

• You take on early responsibility for subsystems and actively shape technical solutions
