We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for you as an Art Director – Team adidas (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.
Location
- Direction of photo shoots
- Management of a shoot team
- Independent work within a team
- Independent conceptual design and implementation of a variety of cross-media communication activities
- Development of exceptional ideas for big budgets
- Translation of the language of premium brands to visual language
- Optimisation of creative workflow processes
- Responsibility for ensuring that the customer is sent images that comply with the style guide
What we expect
- Training or a degree in the area of fashion, design or photography
- At least three years’ professional experience in a creative environment (photography, styling and/or fashion)
- An affinity for fashion and lifestyle
- Leadership of a creative team
- Implementation of a style guide in e-commerce daily production
- A keen sense for visual language, typography and good design
- Creativity, the ability to think out of the box, and a love of detail
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Capacity for teamwork, assertiveness, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
- A good eye for detail and for images
