Do you want to create appealing content and actively shape the entire marketing area? Then become part of the Vollers Group - an international logistics company focussing on coffee, cocoa & tea with locations throughout Europe. In your role as Group Marketing & Communications Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the internal and external communication of our group of companies and creatively develop our brand communication.
Whether it's social media, websites, intranet, visual storytelling or presentations – you’ll bring your ideas to our marketing team, implement them independently, and ensure our messages resonate. This is a dynamic role that offers plenty of space for creativity, ownership, and personal growth.

Your tasks
- Development and implementation of marketing plans for our European locations
- Responsibility for website, intranet, social media, newsletter, presentation & digital adverts
- Responsibility for the development, translation and preparation of content (text, images, visualisation, print products) in our "Vollers style"
- Editorial realisation of articles, posts & internal publications
- Management of press relations & external communication
- Brand management & maintenance of corporate guidelines
- Planning of internal and external events and trade fairs
- Supporting sales with targeted measures and sales content
- Coordination of agencies, freelancers & service providers
- Budget planning, internal reporting & social media performance tracking
- Support in the creation of internal e-learning content and video productions
- Optional: UI/UX design for our digital products
Your profile
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in the field of marketing, communication, media, graphic design or similar.
- Professional experience in marketing, corporate communications and social media, ideally in a B2B environment
- Confident handling of digital tools, marketing-oriented AI, CMS, social media and M365 as well as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and Figma
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Creativity, organisational talent & a keen sense for language and design
- Team spirit, structured way of working, initiative & enjoyment of international collaboration
