To actively shape this development, we are looking for a committed Real Estate Manager who takes on responsibility and strengthens our team with expertise and initiative.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of residential, commercial, and condominium properties (WEG)

• Organization and coordination of external service providers and contractors

• Acting as a point of contact for owners, tenants, and authorities

• Participation in projects on process optimization, digitalization, and strategic portfolio development

• Preparation of reports, budgets, statements, and decision papers

• Support in purchase and sales processes as well as rentals

Your Profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in real estate management, business administration, or a related field

• Initial professional experience in property management or asset/property management is an advantage

• Structured, self-reliant working style with a focus on efficient processes

• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with property management software is a plus

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
