Your tasks
- Management of area sales managers and support in the development of their skills/abilities
- Responsibility for annual and target meetings and further development of area sales managers
- Further expansion of the RVL Group (10 GVL) through lean processes and efficient workflows
- Demonstrating and living successful sales work
- Development and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market shares
- Market analysis, competition monitoring and constant source of inspiration
Your profile
- Completed vocational training
- Several years of sales experience, preferably with management experience
- Personality with open charisma, enthusiasm and empathy
- Ability to work in a team, decisiveness with clear and open communication
- Independent, results-oriented and structured way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Good MS Office skills
