Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten in einem motivierten, Team und sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Logistik. Ihre Hauptaufgabengebiete sind:

• Steuerung und Überwachung der gesamten Logistikkette – von der Beschaffung bis zur Auslieferung

• Koordination zwischen Einkauf, Produktion, Versand, Speditionen und Zoll

• Organisation und Abwicklung von BAFA-relevanten Lieferungen

• Bestandsüberwachung und Materialverfügbarkeit sicherstellen

• Pflege von Frachtpapieren, Lieferscheinen und ERP-Daten

• Frühzeitige Problemerkennung und aktive Lösungsfindung

Unsere Anforderungen

• Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise als Logistikkoordinator oder in einer ähnlichen Position

• Erfahrung in der Transportkoordination, idealerweise mit BAFA-Themen (idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zoll)

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Logistiksoftware (ERP-Kenntnisse, z. B. SAP) und gute Kenntnisse mit Google Workspace

• Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und klare Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
