About Project & Governance Officer (m/f/d)
The Project & Governance Officer supports the Head of Legal & People in structuring, coordinating and tracking cross-functional transformation and governance initiatives across the Group.
Your Tasks
Transformation & Roadmap Coordination
Support implementation of the Legal & People roadmap
Track milestones, deliverables and dependencies across initiatives
Consolidate inputs from countries and functions
Prepare structured leadership-ready status updates
Ensure deadlines and follow-ups are actively monitored and progressed
Governance & Reporting Discipline
Maintain and update structured reporting tools (dashboards, trackers, decision logs)
Ensure transparency of risks, open actions and mitigation steps
Strengthen structured follow-up across Legal & People topics
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as structured interface between Legal, HR, Compliance, Internal Communications and related functions
Support alignment across countries
Ensure clarity of responsibilities and timelines
Facilitate disciplined execution of agreed initiatives
Process & System Support
Support improvement and harmonization of HR-related processes
Assist in preparation and consolidation of audit-relevant documentation
Contribute to governance framework documentation
Support long-term system-related initiatives, including HRIS preparation and potential future system roll-outs
What we look for
We are looking for a structured executor who brings clarity, discipline and follow-through to governance and transformation topics. Experience working in matrix or cross-functional environments preferred.
Min. requirements:
Completed apprenticeship or degree in business administration with at least 3 year's hands-on experience in project coordination or structured governance support.
Strong organizational discipline, follow-through mindset and structured working style
Experience with working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and task management tools
Proven experience maintaining dashboards, action trackers and follow-up systems
Confident in preparing concise, structured management presentations
Basic understanding of reporting structures and KPI tracking
Strong ownership of deadlines and pro-active follow-up
Affinity for HR processes and transformation environments
Fluent in German and English
Highly structured and detail-oriented
Clear and concise written communication
Comfortable interacting with different level stakeholders
Calm in complex environments
