We're looking for a Compressor Sales Engineer Specialist who can provide technical support to HVAC OEM customers. This person will be an extension of the Samsung brand and represent our voice to our consumers by managing their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical support to HVAC OEM customers during qualification and reliability activities
- Assist OEM customers in identifying and qualifying compressor opportunities
- Assist as needed in developing the customer business case for new concept solutions
- Perform detailed engineering analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefits
- Develop submittals/presentations including drawings, test results, and project milestone
- Communication channels between Korea HQ and customers during sales activities
- Build new and maintain B2B relations by creating new business opportunities
- Plan and coordinate supply chain management with OEM customers and HQ
- Bachelor’s degrees in engineering
- Good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations
- Possess strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage tasks associated with development projects
- Ability to travel approx. 10% domestic (OEM manufacturing and R&D sites)
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Proven problem solving skills and capabilities
