To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global Marketing department, we are looking for a dedicated Content Lead – Commercial (f/m/d), 100%.

Your tasks:

• Define and execute a global content strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives, ensuring a unified voice across Bachem’s regions and channels.
• Lead content development for the corporate website and digital platforms, delivering integrated and engaging user experiences.
• Create persuasive proposal content and messaging frameworks that support the value proposition, commercial growth, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality commercial content and collateral across campaigns, customer and other stakeholder touchpoints, market intelligence and proposals.
• Manage content operations and governance, including global calendars, workflows, and relevant content in Bachem’s content hub and website knowledge centre.
• Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve engagement, consistency, and commercial impact.

Your profile:

• Strong experience in content strategy, with a track record in brand storytelling within commercial or B2B environments.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, ensuring clarity, impact, and consistent brand alignment across all content formats.
• Proven ability to manage global content operations, and cross-regional workflows.
• Proficiency with content and digital asset management platforms, such as Salesforce, WordPress and social platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills, especially in international and matrixed organizations.
• Industry-specific expertise and analytical mindset, ideally with experience in life sciences or regulated sectors, senior-level storytelling, content performance analytics, and multilingual or global team environments.
• Fluency in English is a must, German and another language highly desired.
