To strengthen our Data, Digital and AI team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Architect (f/m/d), 100%, who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, digital transformation, and scalable IT architecture.

Your tasks:

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy to ensure alignment between business goals and technology initiatives across the organization.
• Lead the Architecture Board, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, architectural governance, and alignment of initiatives across business units and IT domains.
• Partner with business leaders and IT teams to understand business processes, identify transformation opportunities, and shape the digital roadmap.
• Develop and maintain architectural principles, reference models, and target architectures across all IT domains (business, application, data, and technology).
• Guide the design of integrated, scalable, and secure digital solutions that support growth and innovation, with a strong focus on cloud technologies and data platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor and architectural governance authority to ensure project alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Drive architectural reviews and evaluations for major IT projects and programs, ensuring sustainability, performance, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to assess emerging technologies and trends, recommending their adoption where they create business value.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a senior architecture role within a global organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and experience applying them in real-world environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), enterprise integration, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex IT topics into strategic business language for executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in hybrid and cloud-native environments, with a strong grasp of microservices, APIs, and modular system design.
• Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and balance long-term strategic vision with short-term delivery needs.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
