Our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (EPMO), f/m/d, 80 - 100%, who thrives in complexity, influences at the executive level, and delivers strategic outcomes across the organization. Your tasks:

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align projects with strategic objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
• Drive benefits tracking and realization, ensuring projects contribute to strategic KPIs and business performance
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across departments. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on project prioritization, resource allocation, and change readiness
• Coach project managers and business leaders on strategic project delivery, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Champion EPMO standards & methodologies, ensuring consistent application of governance, risk management, and reporting standards

Your profile :

• Master’s degree in scientific field or MBA
• Minimum 10 years of project / program management experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise-level or strategic roles
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required; Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with organizational change efforts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at executive levels
• Experience with project portfolio management tools
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English required
