Senior Scientist QC - Analytical Development (f/m/d)

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Analytical Development QC Early Phase, we are looking for a highly motivated, analytically skilled Senior Scientist (100%).

We are looking for:

• As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for the development and validation of drug-specific analytical methods for our new peptide drugs within the scope of pre-clinical to clinical customer projects. The focus will be on chromatographic methods and mass spectrometry.
• You will collaborate as a subject matter expert with colleagues from QC and other departments (QA, Production, R&D) to develop control strategies and ensure process quality.
• You will coordinate and oversee analytical activities in the laboratory and act as an analytical expert in project teams.
• You will ensure the implementation of methods in the QC GMP environment and support the environment in troubleshooting.
• You will support the implementation of new analytical technologies and actively drive process optimizations.
• You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and support the professional leadership of employees in the organizational unit.

Ideal profile:

• Completed studies in Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, or Pharmacy
• Relevant professional experience in instrumental analysis with a focus on liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry
• Knowledge in the analysis and/or synthesis of peptides
• Expertise in method development and validation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Committed and motivated personality with a passion for teamwork
• High quality awareness and experience in a GMP environment
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
