driven Recruitment Coordinator Intern to support our team remotely. If you're

Internship Details:
Type: Remote / Part-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Unpaid internship with a performance-based bonus for meeting key milestones and goals.
Future Growth: Potential for extension or transition into a paid role based on performance.
Tasks
- Assist in daily operations related to client acquisition and recruitment coordination.
- Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from our recruitment services.
- Conduct outreach to companies via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to present our services.
- Support the client onboarding process and maintain professional communication throughout.
- Draft proposals, client outreach messages, and service presentations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
- Maintain CRM/Excel sheets to track outreach, leads, and progress.
Requirements
- English proficiency: C1 or higher (written and spoken).
- Previous experience or exposure in business development, client outreach, or recruitment services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with a structured work approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and professional email/LinkedIn communication.
