Exide Technologies’ Energy Solutions division is developing and manufacturing stationary energy storage batteries, from backup power to large-scale storage systems (BESS and C&I). Exide’s technology portfolio spans from multiple lead-acid over to lithium-ion technologies supporting the global energy transition and digitalization. Our storage systems are used in UPS, Telecom, Datacenters, Public Transport, in Front-of- and Behind-the-Meter applications and many more.

About the job:
For our fast-growing division Energy Solutions in Büdingen (Germany) or Helmond (Netherlands) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a

Digital Content Creator (Video & Social media (full- or part-time))

to take our digital, multimedia and social media presence to the next level. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and distributing engaging content — especially videos and visual assets — across our digital channels.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, your mission will be to create and edit videos for product launches, use cases, interviews, and social media.

This role can focus either on content creation or marketing management. If you feel that your strengths lie primarily in marketing management, you are still very welcome to apply for the role.

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

• Create and edit videos for product launches, use cases, interviews, and social media
• Design and implement visual content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal platforms
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate messages into engaging content and formats
• Plan and execute photo/video shoots and support with internal studio setup if needed
• Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and reach
• Manage agency and freelancer coordination when required

What we ask for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia production (video, photo, motion graphics)
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.
• Experience with social media marketing and B2B storytelling
• Self-starter with creative vision and execution power
• Comfortable in international and technical environments
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
