We are looking for a Supply QA Officer who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative to join our Supply QA team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will support and strengthen the Quality Assurance framework for supply chain, procurement, and warehousing operations on our Braine campus. You are going to contribute to maintaining and improving our Level of Quality by ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across our supply chain environment.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate closely with the Supply QA team, QA and Manufacturing Management, supply chain operations, purchasing and procurement teams, warehouse teams, and external suppliers. You will also interact with internal and external auditors, serving as a QA representative for your area of expertise.
What you will do
• You will ensure alignment with cGMP/21 CFR requirements across supply chain, procurement, and warehousing activities.
• You will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and improving procedures supporting Supply QA operations.
• You will manage quality issues, deviations, change controls, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions.
• You will perform supplier audits and ensure follow‑up on corrective action plans where needed.
• You will monitor cold chain and controlled‑temperature processes to maintain GDP best practices.
• You will provide QA and cGMP guidance, including SAP support, and train colleagues across relevant domains.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French & English.
• Experience with cGMP, GDP, regulatory expectations, and Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using tools such as FMEA or Kepner-Tregoe.
• Ability to work under pressure, make sound quality decisions, and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel once a quarter and represent QA during audits and supplier assessments.
