The position can be full-time, but also part-time in a one-shift system from Monday to Friday.

• Coordination of all organizational matters arising in everyday ward life
• Carrying out activities ordered by doctors, such as injections, taking blood samples and changing dressings as well as accompanying patients to examinations
• Creating patient files for newly admitted patients
• Preparing patient files for discharge and arranging follow-up appointments for aftercare examinations
• Checking medication for shelf life and reviewing stock levels
• Recording menu requests and providing food for patients

• Completed training as a medical assistant
• Ideally, you have already gained practical ward experience
• We require creativity and resilience, combined with an independent way of working
• Empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with colleagues, patients and their relatives
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for new tasks and developments
• Good IT skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
