• Take over the nursing management of a ward
• Taking over the professional and economic organization with the aim of providing the best possible patient and process-oriented care
• Ensuring and further developing quality, structuring work processes
• Staff management and motivation, staff deployment planning and development
• Guiding trainees and taking on projects as part of their training

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Completed further training for the nursing management of an area as well as practical guidance in the hospital or the willingness to complete it
• Initial experience in a managerial position in the nursing service desirable
• We expect collegial cooperation with other departments of the facility and the hospital network as well as empathy towards our patients and relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
