Central practice instructor for intensive care and anesthesia care (m/f/d)

• Implementation of structured induction plans for new employees on the ITS and in the ZNA
• Ensuring and carrying out practical instruction for trainees in surgical technical assistance (OTA) and anesthesia (ATA)
• Planning and carrying out MegaCode training courses
• Organization, implementation and supervision of resuscitation training for peripheral wards, ITS, ZNA, functional areas
• Organization, assumption, implementation and documentation of practical instructions in accordance with legal requirements
• Planning and coordinating the deployment of our employees in specialist training courses in consultation with the ward managers

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or geriatric nurse with specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia care
• You have completed further vocational training in practice management and are willing to complete an additional qualification in emergency management or mega code training
• You have experience in the field of practical guidance and practical training
• You have a high degree of empathy, social competence and didactic skills
• You have your own ideas and concepts for implementing practical guidance under the changing legal conditions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
