Your main tasks
- Independent management of projects in a technical environment - from planning to successful implementation
- Inspiring and clear communication with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders
- Developing and optimizing a modern, efficient project organization with a view to continuous improvement
- Creating and maintaining targeted project plans based on company goals and customer requirements
- Coordinating and harmonizing sub-projects and the associated resources
- Proactive monitoring and control regarding deadlines, costs, resources, and quality
- Regular reporting of project progress for transparency and decision-making basis
Your profile
- Several years of experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive or plastics processing sectors
- Technical degree (FH/ETH/TU) in medical technology, microtechnology, mechanical engineering or similar
- Further training in business administration and/or project management an advantage
- Open to new ideas and motivated to actively help shape change
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Experience in using tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
