• Analysis of customer requirements and creation of specifications
• Conception, design and documentation of our Java software applications used worldwide in the manufacturing environment
• Development, expansion and implementation of customer-specific solutions
• You take on responsibility by ensuring support and maintenance of the created applications, also during ongoing production
• You enjoy working on your own responsibility and in different international project teams on the agile design of smart factories
• Execution of software and integration tests as well as rollout support of the solutions at the customer's site up to the go-live
• Be an active part of the team - your ideas help us to continuously develop further

• You have a completed study programme in computer science, electrical engineering, another IT-related study programme or a comparable education
• You have well-founded experience as a software developer in object-oriented programming, ideally in the manufacturing automation of industrial companies
• You are familiar with technologies such as:
• Java, Groovy, JavaScript, CSS, SQL
• Spring, Vaadin, Jetty, XML/JSON
• OPC UA, SECS/GEM, Message Bus, SOAP/REST
• You enjoy collaborative software development in a team
• You have expertize in Continuous Delivery, automated tests and SCRUM
• You are interested in integrating software in the production areas at our customers' sites
• You are characterised by reliability, a sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and passion
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
