What you can expect.
Your Responsibilities.
- Disposition and control of incoming goods taking delivery dates, capacities, and inventory levels into account
- Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
- Interface communication between internal departments and with external freight forwarders
- Creation and maintenance of bookings/invoices in the inventory management system
- Preliminary customs processing
- Portal management
- Participation in the optimization of processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency in inbound goods and delivery logistics
Your Qualifications.
- Successfully completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in dispatching and logistics, ideally in an e-commerce or retail company
- Solid knowledge of warehouse and transport logistics
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems
- organizational and communication skills
- High resilience and flexibility, as well as team spirit and initiative

Good language skills in German and English, as well as solid knowledge of one of the following languages:
Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Bosnian, Croatian, or Serbian
