Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Finance Strategy Consultant in IBM, you will partner with clients to solve complex financial challenges, optimize capital structures, and drive sustainable growth, bringing together IBM's unique capabilities across strategy, innovation, design, data analytics, cognitive computing, and technology platforms to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:
•Leading finance transformation initiatives across planning, reporting, and performance management.•Designing and executing strategies for capital allocation, cost optimization, and growth investments.•Building and analyzing complex financial models to support client decision-making.•Advising clients on digital finance transformation (ERP, automation, data-driven finance).•Contributing to business development by shaping proposals and supporting client pitches.Switzerland

Preferred technical and professional experience
•Knowledge of digital finance technologies (ERP S/4 HANA, AI in finance, RPA).•Experience with treasury, risk management, or corporate finance.•Exposure to ESG and sustainability in finance.
