A vacancy for an E2E Programme Manager for Security Products has arisen within KID-Systeme in Buxtehude (close to Hamburg-Finkenwerder) at the earliest possible start date.

Buxtehude is a picturesque town in direct proximity to Hamburg with direct public transport connection. The Airbus Buxtehude site accommodates KID-Systeme GmbH, a wholly owned Airbus affiliate company. KID-Systeme GmbH is responsible for the In-Seat Power Supply product offerings.

Your Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

• Lead and co-ordinate the KID multi-discipline/multi-function product team for the entire life-cycle of the security products. Support the product team with data, and drive the team through the processes for design, engineering, manufacturing and sales within the KID and within the supply chain.

• In close cooperation with the technical teams, be responsible for the project management of the development of the new GeniusSECURITY products, including the successful integration into the security product line.

• Be responsible for governance, monitoring, reporting, and interpreting the performance KPIs (Cost, Schedule, Quality) and taking the necessary actions

• Implement the requirements and guidance of the KID Management Team and other relevant Committees and Panels into the product line

• Manage the interfaces and communicate with the key stakeholders for the product.

Required Competencies

• You have a track record of leading MFTs to deliver OTOCOQ

• You have an awareness or experience of PMO tools (Planisware E7, Jira, ARM, etc.)

• Experience of SAP

• You are a good communicator who can quickly adapt to all levels of the KID organisation

It would be a plus if you have:

• You have experience in electronic design incl. design-to-manufacturing.

• You have knowledge of certification regulations (such as RTCA DO-254, DO-160 and ABD0100 and experience in qualification testing)
