Role Description:

This is a full/part-time on-site role as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist located in Calw. After basic orientation, you will prepare regulatory-relevant documents for national and international new submissions, variation notifications, and renewals in the highly regulated field of the authorisation of herbal, homeopathic, allopathic, biological and biotechnological medicinal products. Your responsibilities will be in the following topics:

  • CMC documentation of Module 3 Quality (Drug Substance, Drug Product), ASMF, CEP and Module 2.3 Quality Overall Summary for application of marketing authorisations, variations including transfer of manufacture
  • Compilation and the maintanance of CTD Module 3 Quality (Drug Substance, Drug Product)
  • Management of post-approval quality changes
  • Classification of quality related variations (Grouping, Worksharing process)
  • Development of innovative strategies for submitting complex variations

You will use our eCTD software to submit applications independently to national and international authorities. For your projects, you will correspond with authorities, customers, laboratories, and manufacturers. Your profile:

You are best suited to us if you have a degree in the natural sciences (e.g., biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, food chemistry, etc.) and ideally proficient experience in the field of drug approval. You enjoy working independently and within a team, precisely and carefully, and have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, as well as dealing with ever-changing challenges. You are confident in using MS Office and have very good command of written and spoken English skills. Your strengths include initiative, flexibility, and confidence in dealing with new things.
