To support our Research & Development Team in Cham, we are looking for a motivated young professional to join us as a Junior Firmware Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers who are passionate about embedded systems and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable, and optimized firmware for next-generation products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to firmware architecture improvements
• Support testing, debugging, and programming tasks with custom tools
• Stay current with technology trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Initial hands-on experience in embedded software development using C++ and RTOS
• Familiarity with Python and C# is a plus
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Interest in agile development and collaborative teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
