Your profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
- First professional experience in the field of bookkeeping / accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office and DATEV
- High affinity for numbers, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Mobility to reach the place of work is an advantage
Your tasks
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing, recording, checking, accounting and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Account maintenance and reconciliation within the group and with external business partners
- Dunning
- Taking over document management
- Monitoring accounts and incoming payments
- Preparatory activities for the monthly and annual financial statements
