Your responsibilities
Your role centers around the administration of one or more of our central applications with the aim of aligning them with the core processes in the best possible way. This includes the following activities in particular:
- Consulting users on functional change requests
- Strategic development of the application landscape through new launches, integrations, upgrades and migrations
- Implementing functional changes in cooperation with key users (together with internal and/or external partners if necessary)
- Creating documentation for users and IT support
- Assisting the support team in resolving incidents, contacting the manufacturer if necessary
- Training our users
Your profile
- Degree or relevant professional experience in the field of computer science or business informatics
- Hands-on experience in the functional administration of at least one of the following products:
- Workday
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Gitlab
- Jenkins
- Mule
- Experienced with ticket and knowledge management tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Structured, systematic and goal-oriented working style
