Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic - sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer - refrigeration technology (m/f/d) or many years of professional experience in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology
Experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems
Knowledge of the use of HLS controls and control technology
Understanding of technical drawings and plans
Knowledge of HLS safety regulations and procedures
Customer-friendliness as well as a reliable and conscientious approach to work
Willingness to travel as part of the job (primarily regional)
Mobility to reach the place of work

Your tasks:

Carrying out regular maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
Cleaning, calibration and replacement of components
Inspection of safety-relevant components
Diagnosis / elimination of faults and defects in HLS systems
Replacement of damaged parts and components
Ensuring that HVAC systems operate efficiently to minimize energy costs
Compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements and regulations
Keeping records of work performed, maintenance logs and spare parts orders
