Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic - sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer - refrigeration technology (m/f/d) or many years of professional experience in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of the use of HLS controls and control technology
- Understanding of technical drawings and plans
- Knowledge of HLS safety regulations and procedures
- Customer-friendliness as well as a reliable and conscientious approach to work
- Willingness to travel as part of the job (primarily regional)
- Mobility to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Carrying out regular maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
- Cleaning, calibration and replacement of components
- Inspection of safety-relevant components
- Diagnosis / elimination of faults and defects in HLS systems
- Replacement of damaged parts and components
- Ensuring that HVAC systems operate efficiently to minimize energy costs
- Compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements and regulations
- Keeping records of work performed, maintenance logs and spare parts orders
