• Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic - sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer - refrigeration technology (m/f/d) or many years of professional experience in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of the use of HLS controls and control technology
• Understanding of technical drawings and plans
• Knowledge of HLS safety regulations and procedures
• Customer-friendliness as well as a reliable and conscientious approach to work
• Willingness to travel as part of the job (primarily regional)
• Mobility to reach the place of work

• Carrying out regular maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
• Cleaning, calibration and replacement of components
• Inspection of safety-relevant components
• Diagnosis / elimination of faults and defects in HLS systems
• Replacement of damaged parts and components
• Ensuring that HVAC systems operate efficiently to minimize energy costs
• Compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements and regulations
• Keeping records of work performed, maintenance logs and spare parts orders
