Job description
- You analyse the demand for raw materials, components or services in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- You independently search for, evaluate and select suitable suppliers from Germany and abroad to ensure a reliable supply
- With confident negotiating skills, you coordinate prices, quantities, payment terms, delivery times and quality standards
- Reliably carry out orders and process all orders
- Professionally draw up and conclude purchasing contracts and ensure they are implemented smoothly
- Conscientiously monitor the quality of the goods delivered and process complaints to the highest standards
- ensure punctual deliveries and coordinate logistics and deadline tracking together with warehousing
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d)
- With professional experience in purchasing or procurement, you act confidently and in a solution-oriented manner
- You have practical knowledge of supplier evaluation and contract management
- You are confident in using the common Officeapplications and ideally work with ERP systems
- You have a good command of German and English for professional international communication
- Negotiation skills, communication and organisational skills are among your most important strengths
