Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a bicycle mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable profession
- Experience in using software from Bosch, Shimano and Impuls
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally knowledge of an ERP system
- Team player paired with a strong service mentality and high customer orientation
- initiative and an independent and careful way of working
- Driving license and car an advantage
Your tasks
- Maintenance and repair of bicycles and e-bikes
- coordination and management of repair orders
- Sale of workshop products as well as advice to customers
- handling of any complaints
