Tasks

• This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Sales Director. As a Sales Director at BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY, you will be responsible for
• Leading sales operations
• Driving business development
• Overseeing team management
• Developing sales strategies
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Supervising sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets

Requirements

• Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development skills
• Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
• Team Management and Leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the energy or manufacturing, Transformers industry
• Master's degree in High Voltage, Electro, or related field
