niostem is a fast-growing, venture-backed medtech & wellness startup redefining hair regrowth through non-invasive bio-electrical technology.
With 4,500+ premium devices sold across Europe (MSRP €990), we have proven strong product–market fit in D2C. We are now launching our European B2B channel to scale through clinics, premium hairdressers, fitness and wellness partners.
Tasks
Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential B2B partners
- Build and maintain lead lists and CRM data
- Support outbound outreach and lead qualification
Sales Operations & Market Research
- Assist with sales materials and partner documentation
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Collect and structure feedback from prospects
Coordination & Reporting
- Support pipeline tracking and reporting
- Help coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
Requirements
- Enrolled student (business, economics, marketing, or similar)
- Strong interest in sales, startups, and business development
- Structured, reliable, and proactive mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- First experience in sales or a startup
- Interest in wellness, healthcare, or consumer tech
