We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Developer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing microcontroller-based solutions for industrial control systems, valve technology, and environmental automation.

Your Background:

• Degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

• Strong professional experience in embedded software development (2–5+ years)

• Hands-on experience with STM32 (HAL/LL) and ESP32 platforms

• Good understanding of digital/analog I/O, PWM control, timers, and low-power design

• Experience with Keil MDK, STM32CubeIDE, or Espressif toolchains (ESP-IDF)

• Familiarity with industrial electronics, sensor integration, or control systems is a strong plus

• Understanding of EMC principles and testing procedures is beneficial

• Experience working with documentation tools, Git version control, and basic ticketing systems

• German proficiency

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement firmware for microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32) using C/C++

• Develop real-time software for embedded platforms (bare-metal and RTOS-based)

• Integrate software with custom hardware, sensors, solenoid valves, and control modules

• Perform debugging, testing, and verification of embedded code in lab and production environments

• Work alongside hardware engineers during the design and prototyping of PCB assemblies

• Maintain structured documentation and support continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle
