About us
A globally operating manufacturing organisation with a large internal IT landscape is looking to strengthen its SAP Technology team. The company supports complex system environments and continuously develops its technology platforms with a strong focus on future-ready, scalable solutions.
Tasks
Provide strategic consulting in the area of SAP technology and system architecture
Analyse, design, and implement modern SAP solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments
Take technical responsibility for SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects
Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal specialist departments and development teams
Further develop and maintain existing SAP system landscapes, including S/4HANA transformations
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for internal stakeholders
Ensure stable operation and ongoing optimisation of the SAP system landscape
Coordinate and manage external service providers
Participate in on-call duties as required
Profile
At least 6 years of professional experience in SAP technology consulting or a comparable in-house role
In-depth expertise in several of the following areas: SAP Basis, SAP BTP, Fiori, ABAP, Java, Solution Manager, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and database technologies
Strong experience in SAP system architecture, integration scenarios (e.g. middleware and cloud integration), and SAP security
Customer- and service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Experience with ALE/IDoc processing is an advantage
Experience in SAP ABAP development is an advantage
Fluent German and very good English skills
