Role Level : Internship

Main project

The primary focus of this internship will be on creating digital role-specific training materials in Synthesia software to improve the training of BDC employees. The intern will work on projects that include:

• List Comparisons: Creating training content in Synthesia tool (Merck global training solution).
• Document review: Establish/adapt local documentation system around training system to include Synthesia trainings
• Any other efficiency that can be gained ! There will be creative space within this internship to identify and propose innovative solutions where current inefficiencies exist.
• Quality Systems activities: as part of this internship, you will have the chance to work first-hand on quality systems activities in order to better understand the current training set-up and potential improvement needs

Your role:

• Collaborate with multiple interfaces on site to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create digital training content within global training system Synthesia.
• Assist in implementing global training projects at BDC site.
• Document processes and results for future reference.

Your profil:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Digital systems concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English
